Kajak, pokazujesz mlot Stefana.
Hi Tom
The pressure gauge valve is for the down movement of the air cylinder. Without this you can't run the hammer in different speeds. The valve on the bottom pedal is only a regular ball valve.
The secret behind all is that you connect and run the 5/2 change-valve backwards. That means that you set inlet pressure on both return outlets of the valve, and on the normal inlet you connect the hose to the outlet ball valve on the foot pedal.
With this type of connection you achive a very speedy movement of the hammer, in combination of a speed control with the pedal.
Here's a air flow drawing.
1: Main air inlet
2: Air block
3: Air pressure gauge for the cylinder down movement
4: 5/2 air controlled change valve
5: Air cylinder
6: 3/2 Wheeler valve
7: Hammer weight
8: Ball valve connected to the foot pedal
Best regards
